We know what it’s like to create something amazing on a tight budget. As a current High School Technical Director and a former properties designer at one of Chicagoland’s regional theatres, I’ve learned how to make professional-quality props that fit both your vision and your resources. I love helping schools and theatre programs bring their shows to life with creativity, care, and a touch of artistry.

When you rent aspects for your show, you shouldn't have to make your show fit them, they should fit your show! Anything we offer can be customized to fit your show's vision, time period, and design preference!

We are based in the greater Chicago land area so local pick-up and delivery is available. Past that, we are happy to offer shipping on most of our inventory!
The Full Prop Table
The Full Prop Table package includes beginning to end prop, puppet, or set dressing creation. We can be involved in production meetings, send weekly update and check-ins, and even rehearsal props.
