Hi, I’m Kelli Lawrence — welcome to my portfolio!
I graduated from Illinois State University in 2019 with a degree in Theatre Education, specializing in technical theatre. Since then, I’ve worn many hats in the world of tech theatre. I’ve served as the Assistant Properties Designer at Drury Lane, one of Chicago’s premier regional theatres, and worked as a Set Designer for Joliet Junior College. For the past five years, I’ve been a Technical Director in the suburbs of Illinois, and I currently oversee all nine performance spaces in School District 365.
